Individual is responsible for processing all departmental transactions. This includes onboarding of contracts, cancellations, client support and contract review. This individual will also be crossed trained on other lines of business (LOBs) to help team members when needed.
The Platform Development Specialist supports EFG internal teams and dealership users across a variety of in-house and third-party software applications and processes. This position is responsible for the reporting, coordination, tracking, and resolution of platform issues.
The Account Orders Client Support Specialist processes account orders using EFG’s proprietary Account Management System (AMS) and verifies accuracy of account orders in the AS/400 mainframe computer; reviews Web Services XML code to validate accuracy; builds product rate cards using internal tools as well as in Microsoft XL; supports new account and product launches, including interacting directly with EFG personnel, dealership and agency representatives, and third-party provider representatives; audits account, product, and other setups to ensure accuracy; and participates as-needed on various Account Orders team projects.
The position of Dealer Acquisition Sales Representative is on the front lines of expanding EFG Companies’ account footprint. This professional will operate in a pure sales acquisition capacity of retail automotive dealers. Activities include prospecting, building multiple influencer relationships within the dealerships, needs analysis, and ultimately gaining the opportunity for EFG to formally propose doing business with decision makers and to secure the agreement to proceed with EFG.
The right Account Acquisition Sales Representative will be well versed in all aspects of the sales process, have the ability to tailor our sales process to the needs of the individual customer, and will have recent documented earnings of at least $110,000 with the strong desire to earn $200,000+. This position is geared for a highly ambitious individual who is accustomed to being in the field and on the road the majority of the work week making the visits necessary to win new business.
You must be able to document significant full cycle complex sales success. It is imperative that you are able to “push back” and challenge clients who are hesitant to make profitable decisions that will require deep organizational change. You should be able to understand fairly complex financial Pro-formas that show the long-term gain that dealerships can achieve.

EFG Companies is seeking a high caliber business to business Retail Automotive Dealer Acquisition Sales Representative with serious Consultative Sales skills and DNA to lead and participate in our efforts to raise the bar of the F&I and Dealer Performance industry. Your primary mission will be to acquire large dealer franchise dealer groups, single point stores, and large independent dealers in our wealth building, performance management and traffic building programs.
We have a backlog of dealership leads that need to be developed, nurtured and closed. Bringing a “book” of Dealership connections and decision makers is beneficial but not necessary. Having the ability to perform the complete sales cycle, from cold calling to closing, is required. Cold calling (approximately 10-20%) will be required, although “warm calling” may be a better term as referrals and recommendations are key drivers of our explosive growth.

You will be responsible for management of your calendar and deal flow and this is no small task as this is a nationwide business development opportunity. It is critical that you are close to a hub airport and you should expect to be a road warrior. Our marketing and lead generation department is outstanding and we find that as our reputation and results grow….dealers increasingly call us. BUT… we do expect you will be developing cold/warm leads 10-20% of the time and so cold calling and unraveling the architecture of a dealership’s decision maker / influencer structure is necessary.
To the Right Performer we offer:
- $150,000 1st year on target compensation inclusive of commission. Base salary of $70,000 plus expected commissions of $80,000 first year (not capped). 6 months guaranteed (not draw) commission.
